Among the responsibilities, the candidates may need to :

  • Provide functional and administrative support to Micro Focus customers.
  • Provide application expertise for Micro Focus SaaS products and services
  • Triage systems and network issues reported by both internal and external proactive monitoring systems Contribute to the Micro Focus SaaS knowledge base
  • Participate in departmental and cross-team projects and initiatives
  • Contribute to the Micro Focus SCS continual improvement efforts
  • Represent Micro Focus with excellence
  • Specific Responsibilities

  • Provide quality service and support to Micro Focus SaaS customers including but not limited to :
  • Customer service and advocacy
  • Micro Focus SaaS applications administration and configuration
  • Provide Micro Focus SaaS customers with product expertise through investigation and problem identification
  • Process development and process improvement
