This Product Manager is part of the Unified Identity Service team (UIS). UIS is a core service of the Adobe Experience Platform.
We build the identity graph that allows customers to deliver a consistent connected experience across all of their devices in real-time.
This role reports to the Group Product Manager who supervises the development of the identity graph and its supporting functions.
This position is responsible for crafting and executing against the roadmap for the identity graph.
This team works closely with Sales, Consulting, and Engineering teams to deliver features and delight customers.
What you’ll do
Be known internally as the Voice of the Customer while defining product requirements based on customer feedback and sound data analysis
Help make informed decisions, prioritize features, and supervise progress.

Partner with other product and engineering teams in global locations to come up with project plans and mitigate risks.
Deliver features through a combination of new development, iterating on current features, and integrations with other Adobe products.
What you need to succeed
1-3 years of product management experience at a technology company, preferably in the marketing technology space.
Experience with identity graphs, CRM, onsite personalization, email marketing and paid advertising solutions
A passion for and track record in hypothesis-driven product development, including proven success using data and experimentation to improve key business metrics (engagement, retention, etc.)
Experience managing through ambiguity and making sound decisions with incomplete / imperfect data; proven ability to assess tradeoffs, thoughtfully prioritize, and maintain a bias for action
Ability to speak to a broad audience, including customers, partners, UI designers, software engineers and senior management.
Familiarity with the digital marketing and advertising ecosystems.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud or similar products, ideally with Experience Platform, Analytics, Audience Manager, Target and / or Campaign
BA / BS in business, mathematics, computer science, data science or equivalent required; MBA preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
