The Campaign Operations Manager is a critical role that brings together campaign execution and Martech. The job responsibilities include helping in launching campaigns as well as troubleshooting, documenting, and optimizing key processes while leading a team.

This role partners with internal stakeholders from Demand Planning / Execution, IT, Management and other cross-functional teams to optimize or implement / operationalize new processes.

The Campaign Operations Manager has a strong technical expertise with an understanding of working with high volume of projects, requirements, segmentation & multiple integrations.

This role requires an individual who is nimble, solutions-oriented, operations expert, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading and fostering a team.

Main functions i nclude , but not limited to + Leads the Campaign Operations Team by recruiting, selecting, guiding, and training direct reports while keeping a safe, inclusive, and secure work environment, developing, and advocating for personal growth opportunities.

  • Clearly communicates job expectations, strategic planning, vision, and goals; coaching and disciplining direct reports.
  • Coordinates and enforce policies, values & processes.+ Maintains and ensures quality campaigns and SLA by establishing and enforcing guidelines & delivering training as needed.

  • Manages day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of campaigns when needed.+ Engages and participates with the local CR Site Initiatives.
  • Collaborates with multiple internal clients including Marketing, EDA, IT, BUs & leadership to implement various marketing campaigns, including top of the funnel, multi-touch engagement, third party integrations, amongst others.
  • Supports high visibility campaigns and / or events including audience "traffic control" prioritizations for all GEOS.+ Analyzes the results of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements and best practices.
  • Identifies and documents of all internal processes, workflows, SLA, QA checklists and / or integrations and delivers training to internal stakeholders or campaign operations as required.
  • Creates and maintains source programs and templates in all Martech stack, including Engagement programs, events, gated assets, landing pages, forms, etc.
  • Defines and continuously optimize end-to-end campaign processes from the intake, planning in and launching in MAP.+ Helps with campaign strategy, build and program launch as needed in MAP.
  • Project manages marketing ops initiatives, including identifying business requirements and needs with stakeholders globally.
  • Ensures campaigns and processes compliance in accordance with GDPR and Global Data Privacy practices. Qualifications + 8 - 10 years of experience in a Marketing Operations, Demand Generations, and / or Marketing Systems / Technology.
  • 5+ years of hands on experience with Marketo. Expert knowledge of Marketo is required.+ 4+ years of people management experience, with passion for managing and developing talent+ Admin / Expert knowledge of Project Management / Collaboration tools such as Workfront.
  • Natural-born leader & communicator. Effective communication across a diverse team is a must.+ Understands specific goals and the bigger picture and strategy.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Comfortable learning and using new software tools.+ Solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Expert prioritizer, organized, and able to manage stakeholders.+ Experience working in a very cross-functional environment.
  • Critical thinker and analytical point of view.+ Previous experiences that prove sense of ownership, a getting-things-done approach, and the ability to go from high-level business strategy to tactical execution.
