Business Relationship Manager

The Business Relationship Manager will Develop functional specifications that satisfy client requirements (large scale).

Lead team members, clients, and other stakeholders in reviewing and refining requirements

What You’ll Do :

  • Customer facing Business Relationship Manager to perform post-production support functions.
  • Interface directly with customers and Equifax technical, operations and business teams to resolve and complete customer requests.
  • Analyze, diagnose and solve customer issues independently leveraging other resources within Equifax when required.
  • Perform outbound communication and notifications related to USIS applications.
  • Mandatory weekly on-call support rotation, after hours support while on-call.
  • What experience you need :

  • 5 years of experience client facing and post production experience
  • 3 years of experience with Technical knowledge or understanding : Oracle, XML, SoapUI, SQL, JSON
  • 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets and Slides)
  • 2 years of experience with Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) & ServiceNow
  • English Proficiency (B2-C1 level)
  • What could set you apart :

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or solid experience and knowledge demonstrated.
  • Business relationship management with experience with external customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn the Equifax toolset required to perform the job
  • Ability to learn Equifax products and related industry knowledge
  • Excellent communicator
  • Exceptional customer service and follow-up skills, energetic with a positive attitude
  • Research, investigate and analyze requests with minimal oversight or guidance.
  • Demonstrate proficiency to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions through deductive reasoning
  • Customer-facing Business Relationship Manager to perform post-production support functions.
  • Transition customers from project teams to post-install support teams.
