JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACTThe Accounting and Finance Analyst II will deliver financial analysis input for business decision making and performance improvement opportunities to support business growth.

We seek a specialist who will contribute to the continuous process improvement on management reporting, report standardization and rationalization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESDeliver effective financial and management reporting to support business decision making, including defining relevant business performance indicator and frequency, standardizing and optimizing management reporting, and preparing effective business performance analysis across the country.

Partner with various stakeholders to deliver accurate data and reports and continuously improve management reporting effectiveness.

Contribute and implement continuous process improvement, including simplifying and optimizing process, improving data integrity, and leveraging technology like Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, SAP.

You will work under general supervision and independently solve moderately complex issues while referring more complex problems to a higher-level staff.

Staysabreast of standard industry best practices related to operationalcapabilities, and provides suggestions to more senior team members and mangersto ensure they are appropriately assimilated into improvement initiatives

Utilizesa comprehensive knowledge of operational standards and regulations to providespecific input and information to Bu / Functional managers, supervisors andstaff.

Provides input to the potential impact to their business of regulatorydevelopments

Participatein Special projects to drive efficiency and Integrated Portfolio management

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.Proficient in both verbal and written English communication (B2+).

Advanced data analytical skills for use of Business Intelligence tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (advanced knowledge of excel preferred)Experience in working with multiple businesses and / or international businesses.

Experience in leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making.Minimum of two years of related work experienceOther minimum qualifications may applyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSThree years accounting working experience within a multinational company.

Previous project management experience

Demonstrated strong analytical, problem solving skills, and decision-making skills
