The Opportunity

Come join the Employee Experience team as a Senior Compensation Business Partner supporting the Worldwide Field Organization within Adobe.

This role requires a strong business partner, who will build successful relationships with stakeholders and managers across Employee Experience and beyond, to proactively consult on identifying and resolving compensation related business matters.

What you'll Do

  • Provide compensation consulting and detailed analysis on all aspects of compensation programs, including base salary, and incentive programs
  • Provide support and guidance for HR Business Partners and functional Management throughout the year and through the annual Rewards planning process.
  • Advise HR Business Partners and leaders in making compensation related recommendations for promotions, transfers, job matches, job leveling, and to solve compensation related business issues
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to educate managers and employees on compensation programs
  • Provide input to compensation program owners to improve compensation programs and ensure programs meet business needs
  • What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance / Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
  • 10+years of global compensation experience
  • Experience in working with and supporting Sales leaders and employees
  • Experience working with compensation program design, competitive market analysis, forecasting trends / costs and modeling outcomes
  • Familiarity with compensation compliance rules globally
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Collaborative team player
