We’re looking for an outstanding teammate to help accelerate our already substantial Creative Imaging business. You will help drive the go-to-market strategy, marketing, and product strategy for Adobe’s flagship Photoshop brand.

What You’ll Do
Help to define the target audiences , building a deep understanding of, and compassion with, our audience of creative individuals.
Crisply define key attributes, motivations, and trends to provide messaging and positioning to communicate across partner teams.
Contribute to Adobe’s business and market strategy in this space, including TAM, share, competition, pricing, route to market, and geographic areas of focus.
Partner closely with Product Management to figure out optimal product strategy that will increase customer satisfaction and help to drive engagement and deliver truly amazing customer experiences
Ensure the strategy is working by monitoring critical metrics, holding partner teams accountable for their piece of the puzzle, and ensuring that all pieces ladder up to the most effective path to the goals of member acquisition, conversion, and engagement.
Desired Skills and Experience
Proven history of building conviction and a strong point of view , built on a deep understanding of audiences, markets, products and competitive landscapes.
Excellent storyteller and communicator . Ability to distill complex issues down to a simple story and communicate to executive audiences, technical partners, and marketing partners.
Proven ability to tell a simple and clear story, with a wealth of evidence and details as a backdrop to pull from when needed- without overcomplicating the story.
Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with critical teams including Product Management, Campaign Marketing, PR, and Program / Project Management.
Extremely results oriented and data driven . Must have impeccable analytical skills and an ability to quickly turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent at quickly digesting new data, including test results, and guiding strategies based on these insights.
Experience in driving in a consumer internet or SaaS business
Experience launching and growing industry-leading mobile applications, including solid familiarity with iOS and Android platforms and best practices for marketing in app stores and with partner channels to drive growth.
Experience with the Creative Cloud tools and services
