This role is to provide technical operational support, administration and maintenance of the related platforms, ensuring services meet operational targets, achieve high availability and performance, whilst managing other aspects such as tactical lifecycle management, continuous improvement, and delivering on partner projects.

Key activities and deliverables
Operational support for global platforms and components, viz. WebMethods, JDV, Tibco, Axway API management platforms.
Install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, and proactively monitor and ensure performance, availability and capacity.
Manage incidents, problems, changes and releases.
represent team in partner projects as needed and deliver on commitments.
Drive scripting and IaC development to achieve highest levels of automation and use of APIs, enabling continuous integration and delivery.
Apply DevOps principles and practices to optimize operational activities.
Develop business and technical know-how within area of expertise for the function.
Comply with OLAs and quality and CSV validation requirements.
The following activities are part of the expected tasks for the position and need to be acknowledged by candidate :
Regular on-call duty.
Some out-of-business-hours maintenance work.
Able to travel as required.

Qualifications and experience required
More than 8-10 years of increasing technical IT experience.
Service Orchestration : Strong experience in scripting and automation (e.g. : ansible, puppet) and APIs development and integration, (API integration).
Prior experience in delivering IaC solution
Previous use of DevOps, Lean or / and other agile methodologies.
Knowledge and working experience in application infrastructure administration for one or more of the following platforms is a must.
Webmethods, Axway API management, Tibco, JBoss DV
Solid operational understanding and deeper knowledge / administration experience of technologies associated with Application Integration, Data Integration, e.g. EAI, EII.
Experience working with Cloud technologies e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP etc. OS, storage, DBs, security and network protocols components as they relate to Integration platforms.
Prior experience working in a Global organization, is a plus.
ITIL service Management knowledge preferred, certification is a plus.
Education and certifications :
Minimum Requirement : BS in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent degree and / or equivalent experience.
Industry recognized certifications in the relevant technology area, are plus.
