    Mondelez International is looking for vacancy : HR Quality and Compliance Specialist Position Purpose HR Quality and Compliance Specialist is the driver agent that ensures MDLZ business processes and transactions follow all relevant legal requirements, external regulations / standards and internal guidelines, while meeting its business goals.

    This role will be responsible for maintain compliance programs, reviewing company policies and advising on potential business risks.

    In addition, this individual will support on-site audit deliverables, manage audit follow-ups and audit readiness activities.

    This person will require to manage multiple high-priority tasks at the same time, and participate in cross-functional teams under the supervision of the HR Quality and Compliance Team Lead. Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor all necessary activities to keep IBS Employee Services compliant with internal and external regulations.
  • Ensure compliance of company internal controls.
  • Develop a Compliance Culture where all team members understand and live our compliance values.
  • Support Compliance Lead with compliance calendar deliverables.
  • Prepare and schedule compliance review meetings with on-shore and off-shore teams.
  • Conduct SOP adherence to ensure processes compliance.
  • Reporting on the health of the processes.
  • Support internal and external audit activities for all processes executed by IBS Costa Rica.
  • Receives, analyzes and investigates Audits requests.
  • Collaborate with IBS Continuous Improvement Lead to identify performance improvement areas.
  • Academic knowledge

  • High school diploma required.
  • Degree in Business, Legal, HR or related field is preferred.
  • Work experience

  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (preferred).
  • Advanced Excel proficiency skills.
  • Advance experience in Managing systems (SAP, i-Request, Service Now).
  • Experience in Shared Service Environments (2-5 years).
  • Experience in Auditing.
  • Experience Delivering Trainings.
  • Experience in SOP's and SSD's creation.
  • Relevant experience in law, ethics, organizational business, or finance.
  • Abilities

  • Experience interpreting data analytics.
  • Expertise analyzing / following up on Metrics / SLA.
  • Process Improvement - Lean Six Sigma Culture.
  • English Knowledge.
