This role reports to the Quality leadership team, working closely with all levels of management within the CIS organization.
The successful candidate will be a crisp, independent thinker who is naturally curious about how things work and have a successful track record of achieving relentless continuous improvement in a complex environment.
Being metrics / data-savvy with an analytical mindset and demonstrated ability to influence, inspire and lead people are critical in this role.
Job Responsibilities *Analysis*
Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine optimal worker functions and responsibilities.
Analyze data and apply statistical methods and perform calculations to determine best in class processes, staff requirements, and production quality standards.
Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control.
Evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing procedures to formulate corrective action plan.
Think strategically by identifying business function opportunities. Measure adoption and work with business leadership to develop future roadmap and opportunities. *Metrics*
Establish, create, produce and report department metrics and analysis to the management team.
Experience developing & maintaining metrics (KPIs) dashboard for the entire organization *Improvement*
Design, develop and run process improvement workshops (Kaizen) within the organization and at times spanning multiple business units.
Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
Facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects, based on management objectives.
Identify, drive and integrate internal customers improvement opportunities roadmaps and priorities to Salesforce Order Management System.
Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, align expectation, and ensure an "end to end" approach to process change and improvements.
Coach, guide and mentor analysts on project management best practices. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in similar roles
Extensive knowledge or certifications on Six Sigma, Lean and PMO methodologies
Strong continuous improvement and analytical background (Kaizen, DMAIC, root cause analysis, etc.)
Demonstrated success collaborating regionally / globally with offsite teams
Ability to understand needs from various internal stakeholders at a global, regional and country level to develop strategies based on such insights and needs.
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions, identify projects for improvements in quality, throughput, etc.
Adaptability and flexibility to switch between projects and priorities if necessary.
Strong interpersonal and teaching skills with the ability to interact constructively with all functions and management levels.
Ability to communicate continues improvement proposals as a value added and business contribution
Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Highly organized, efficient, and organizational management skills.
Project management experience
Experience with MS Excel and data visualization techniques and tools (Tableau, Power BI)
