You will help support our firm-wide middleware infrastructure. This includes primarily Apache, WebSphere, Tomcat, Solr, Tibco BW, APIGee, Snaplogic, Redis and other event management platforms.
In addition, you will help manage technical troubleshooting of Infrastructure and dependent components. You will support internal customers, the majority of them are members of the IT support entities in Development, QA and Production environments.
You will typically encounter a variety of support requests in the defined area on regular basis in a fast-paced environment.
This will require you to be highly adaptable and open to working on new tasks. You will keep up with a rapidly changing environment through a strong willingness to learn and the ability to manage own tasks.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have a collaborative style and the willingness to help others. You will share knowledge and best practices and shoulder additional responsibilities at times of high workload / demand.
