Design, implement, and / or administrate compensation and benefits plans, programs, projects, execute forecast and close.
Plan, program and organize areas that relate to : Health and welfare benefits, paid time off, insurance, mandatory benefits, retirement and capital accumulation plans, base pay, incentive bonus plans, executive compensation, profit sharing plans, and commission plans.
Key responsibilities may also include, analysis of burden costs,, project management, deliverable tracking from key biz partners, system testing / implementation, close execution, forecast plans advisory, establishing policies and guidelines and environment scanning.
Individual would need to act as internal experts, consultant, program managers and represent the corporation to external groups.
Responds to customer / client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
Candidate should possess a MBA or Licenciatura degree with emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Project management or Economics.
2+ year of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting roles.
3+ years Forecasting experience is a plus.
Proficiency in written and verbal English communication; able to clearly and concisely articulate messages.
Good discipline, organization skills and strong action orientation.
Able to deal with high levels of ambiguity.
Strong analytical skills, attention to details, action orientation, ability to manage project, systems and processes and manage to meet critical deadlines.
Ability to lead, collaborate and to develop business partnering relationships across different organizational levels and geographical locations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of forecasting or project tools is a plus.
