    This position will report to the Director, Global HR Data Management and Governance position within Global Business Services.

    This role is primarily responsible for Data governance / review of Integration requests and continuous improvement of the Integration request and approval process.

    In addition, the role is also responsible for providing backup support for HR Data management inquiries from GRW and other downstream systems.


    Administer HR Data Governance for any new / enhancement requests for integration, dashboard following Governance Councils and framework.

    Continually Monitor, Consult and Collaborate with Requestors, Data Asset Owners, Digital Partners and HR Data Owners to maintain smooth flow of governance requests.

    Partner with Pfizer Digital to maintain synchronization and validate CMDB entry to Internal and External Applications.

    Conform to Web Security and GIS threat assessment of vendor / 3rd party applications or applicable deviations towards completeness of governance requests.

    Assess all incoming Integration security requests for PI / SPI / Confidential Data and conform to the HR Data Governance Approval towards usage of this data.

    Collaborate with Integration Technical Integration Leads and Service Delivery Teams to create apt framework towards systematic review of Integration Security Requests with enough lead time to comply with fixes / changes as deemed necessary.

    Lead and manage HR Data Standardization initiatives, across regions. Monitor and influence Data Standard adherence in matrixed organizations.

    Review, assess and implement Data Management change requests. Assess, and implement HRIS related Workday Release changes as appropriate.

    Provides Data Management insights, consultation and gives inputs on non-HRIS projects to other teams and stakeholders and is a sought-after partner across cross-functional teams and regions on their projects.

    Direct and drive Continuous Improvement in Global Data Management capabilities.

    Ensure compliance of data management processes with data privacy and security standards within HRIS.

    Basic Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

    8+ years of IT and or HR Operations experience

    5+ years of HR Data Architecture / HR Operations experience, preferably with Workday and with large multi-national organization(s)

    1+ years hands-on Workday HCM experience

    Formal Project Management

    Ability to work, and lead projects in a highly matrixed environment and with various Third Party Providers

    Demonstrated expertise with data integration across the enterprise-wide HR Functional application portfolio such as Staffing, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent & Organization Capabilities

    Proven ability to achieve goals through influencing and partnering with leadership, while contributing to the overall success of the Global Business Services organization.

    Advanced expertise in Excel

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience with Data Change Management stemming from business reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and / or divestitures.

    Demonstrated experience in partnering with and / or managing people from diverse populations with particular on- and offshore delivery model experience

    Workday Certification

    Experience in MS Access, SQL


    Ability to perform HR Data Analysis and provide feedback for improving HR Data standards.


    Ability to work Monday to Friday in a global environment which will require occasional off-hours conference call.

    Ability to support on an exception basis off-hours service delivery escalations and emergencies, or other time sensitive project deliverables.
