The Digital Pantumor Marketing Manager is responsible for product management, identification of market opportunities in the public and private sector, strategic planning and execution, management of Profit & Loss and preparation and execution of the marketing plan.

Also, for influencing multidisciplinary teams (including Marketing, Access, Policy, Commercial, Financial, Legal and Medical) in the search for opportunities, planning and implementing projects, and working closely to the sales team to guarantee the correct implementation of the strategy.

In addition, will establish relationships with external clients like health care professionals, private clinics, public institutions, among others.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Develops the marketing plan for the products / indications assigned.
  • Works with an interdisciplinary team within the company to expand products in the public and private sector.
  • Interfaces with internal areas such as access, policy, commercial, regulatory, medical, legal, and financial.
  • Analyzes and consolidates market data (including field monitoring and reports).
  • Performs analysis of opportunities / threats for products online to recommend action plan.
  • Performs the management of the product's Profit & Loss and propose alternative actions to guarantee the results planned in the business plan.
  • Leads the financials and demand forecasting.
  • Implementation, planning and tracking of digital campaigns.
  • Ensures the team is focused on customer needs and aligned aiming to deliver the most appropriate solutions
  • Responsible for translating business strategy into personalized experiences, services, solutions, as well as distinctive outcomes based on value propositions, defining and prioritizing the several initiatives planned.
  • Carries out the development of the promotional strategy and ensures that promotional and training materials are made available to the sales team within the established deadlines.
  • Management of the implementation of tactical actions with the sales team and cross functional team.
  • Plans, coordinates and monitors internal and external events (example congresses, webcasts, summits).
  • Management of internal company tools.
  • Internal monitoring for approval of activities and Sponsorships, aligned to local budget.
  • Minimum Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor's Degree / "Licenciatura" in Marketing, Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Pharmacy, Medicine or similar.
  • MBA (Marketing and Sales Management, Business Management or related), preferred.

  • Previous experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a multinational pharmaceutical company for at least three (3) years.
  • Fluent English and Spanish, in oral and written
  • Oncology, Immunology or Rare diseases market experience.
  • Understanding of both public and private pharmaceutical market.
  • Experience working with access and negotiations across the Central American / Caribbean region considered, preferred.
  • Digital savvy and experience with innovative solutions
  • Technical knowledge : Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint mandatory)Market Audit (example IQVIA)
