Responsibilities :
Hands on experience in building and maintaining fault-tolerant, scalable Service / APIs and backend solutions
Ability to construct enterprise-grade APIs using state-of-the-art techniques and best practices (REST, JSON, XML, etc.)
Analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
Proficient in cross-platform integration
Can communicate complex software concepts to people with a wide range of technical knowledge
Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings;
troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
Thrive on teams with a congenial and collaborative approach to working through technical problems
Show flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the business
Enjoys contributing to the development of his or her peers by providing mentorship and support
Skills Required :
BS degree in Computer Science or related field
1-2+ years of work experience in a software engineering role
Expertise with Core Java GIT, Cache frameworks and Queuing frameworks
Expertise in the web related technologies (Web applications, micro services and Service Oriented Architectures) and of network / web related protocols
Hands on experience in developing secure coding.
Adept at working in Agile teams
Desire or Nice to have Skills :
Guidewire experience
Gosu knowledge / experience
