We’ll be looking for you to develop, manage and govern a unified budget management process. You will develop marketing spend policies and best practices to drive Marketing spend with appropriate controls.

You will provide budget guidance to budget managers around the globe to ensure consistent budget tracking. You will establish and manage reporting and analytics for expense management and customer acquisition.

Identify opportunities to optimize and operationalize reporting improvements. As part of the role, you will partner and align with Regional and Global stakeholders to deliver consistent and reliable reports and analytics.

The data complexity and constantly changing environment require consistent maintenance to inform business decisions. You need to process requirements and administration of Marketing systems to support Critical Business Processes : Marketing Resource Management (MRM) Global budget administration, Oracle iProcurement (P2P) Marketing & Finance alignment POC and Power BI Global Marketing report development.

You will be responsible for the marketing investments allocation (supports the Director, VP & SVP) and the tracking, reporting, and analysis of the $160M investment and business outcomes.

For such a detail-driven role, you must have a bachelor’s degree Required (Math, Finance or Accounting Preferred). You have 6+ years in global marketing Marketing analytics experience required.

You will need to have experience in business transformation and change. You need to demonstrate strategy development and execution.

Proven operational experience managing and leading complicated, multi-country projects. You can work under pressure and reconcile complex or contradictory data.

You can quickly analyze, process, and present new information. You will be a strong communicator who is able to build relationships with people of all levels to help influence positive actions.

Your experience must include budget governance on a large scale. You have experience in global outlook and in financial services / payment (desirable).
