Your Responsibilities : This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are :

  • Review the aging for deductions within the assigned portfolio of accounts
  • Obtain deduction back up through customer portals / contact (mostly email)
  • Process deductions by using multiple platforms SAP / GCMS / TSM / FSCM.
  • Follow up on supporting documentation and additional back up for Deduction analysis and validation.
  • Communicate with customers and internal Stakeholders to align resolution of outstanding deductions.
  • Complete monthly reconciliations of assigned accounts
  • In this role the Jr Deductions Analyst will monitor commercial, logistical and payment deduction claims within the O2C aging.

    The analyst will use multiple computer systems and modules to process deductions once the support is acquired. This role requires to be in contact with customers and both internal / external stake holders to obtain the supporting documentation needed to identify and validate deduction claims.

    Basic Qualifications :

    We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :

  • University studies in Business Administration, Accounting, or similar fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in Shared Service Centers and in a high-volume processing role (Preferably Cash Apps, Billing or AP)
  • English level : Advanced
  • Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel level)
  • Preferred Qualifications :

    However, if you have the following, it would be a plus :

  • Previous experience working with SAP
  • Experience on U.S. Consumer Deductions
