The Digital Strategy Group Transformation Team is Adobe’s investment in our best thinking and resources to help C-level executives drive board-level initiatives to reimagine their customer experience and drive omnichannel transformation.
As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team in defining clients’ north star experience, prioritizing desired capabilities and use cases, sizing expected benefits, validating solutions, and defining a multi-year roadmap.
You will lead the team in conducting data-driven analyses, synthesizing insights, and delivering actionable recommendations.
You will also partner with our technical teams to ensure a compelling vision and aspirational customer journey comes alive through technology demonstrations.
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of advising senior executives and compelling them to act on your recommendations.
You know the path they must take to transform their customer experience and technologies because you’ve supported similar transformations before.
You apply a hypothesis-driven problem-solving approach to synthesize data sets and develop novel insights, while mentoring others to do the same.
You can lead a diverse team of strategists, technologists, and other functions to deliver value to customers while navigating their complex organizational structures.
You recognize broad patterns in our customers’ unique business problems and use these to help define Adobe’s go-to- market and solutions for the industry.
Your success is measured by driving growth in Adobe’s largest opportunities, and leading strategy engagements with customers to drive omnichannel transformation with Adobe as a key strategic partner.
