You will work closely with colleagues within digital learning, learning delivery, and with other stakeholders to provide expertise and support on the firm’s global learning platforms, programs, and initiatives.
You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy and providing learning system administration in support of firm global learning programs.
You will work collaboratively with teammates and stakeholders to manage the learning catalog using established processes and guidelines.
In this role you will have an integral part in supporting the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS). You will enter data efficiently and accurately.
Productivity is a key objective and your workplace productivity will be measured based on error rate, service delivery timelines, and ticket resolution efficiency.
You will support stakeholders as they navigate changes to systems and processes and will support change management efforts.
You will participate in DLPS projects as a subject matter expert to support the testing of new systems, releases, and upgrades.
You will be required to document standard operating procedures, processes, and training materials for the many learning platforms and tools supported by DLPS.
