We are looking for a talented Senior Talent Sourcer to join our Global Talent Acquisition team in Costa Rica. You will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition efforts for positions across multiple complex business units, fast-growing teams and products.
Our Sourcers work with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to search for and engage passive candidates. You will take an active role in defining, launching, analyzing and continuous improvement on innovative strategies for various positions and geographic locations to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
Strategically build and maintain a network of passive potential future candidates.
Partner across a variety of functions to create relevant, compelling, personalized and high-touch candidate experiences that align with Edwards Lifesciences values and mission.
Partner and consult with Recruiters to conduct launch meetings, create robust sourcing strategies, qualify and present candidates.
Lead in the development of multiple talent sourcing options for both active and passive candidates, utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates (e.
g., cold calling, job boards, advertising, database and internet searches, and networking and referrals), and anticipate organization needs by ensuring ongoing strategic talent pipelines.
Analyze effectiveness of efforts through data analysis and reporting including search progress reports, status reports, and market trend / feedback reports for presentation.
Actively lead and participate in providing feedback and recommendations to enhance day-to-day recruiting and sourcing operations
Proved expertise with relevant tools and programs (e.g., CRMs, labor market data, WorkDay and applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, referral programs, and job boards) and utilize various online and social media resources to build talent pipelines.
Lead the collection and analysis of industry knowledge, keep well-informed of talent market trends, and partner with our branding team to build strong pipelines.
Required Qualifications :
A Bachelor's Degree required.
A minimum 5 years of sourcing and / or recruiting experience within a search firm or in-house corporate environment.
Recruiting and sourcing experience for technical or niche talent is required, with a combination of both agency and corporate environments strongly preferred.
Experience sourcing passive candidates utilizing various channels and technology tools.
Strong organizational skills (especially as they relate to data collection and reporting using MS Office Suite), a multi-tasking style and project management approach.
Expert in development and execution of sourcing strategies leveraging various techniques and approaches including advanced Boolean search methods, lists / name generation, social sourcing, direct sourcing, engaging relevant forums and networks, to name a few.
Highly consultative, able to inform hiring managers and candidates on talent acquisition process, illustrate market trends, and use data / information to help in decision making.
Excellent negotiating skills coupled with strong ability to handle objections effectively.
Experience within a large complex corporate environment is preferred. Experience in the Lifesciences industry is a plus.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and requirements relevant to talent acquisition and sourcing.
Participates and contributes to completion of significant team projects and goals

Highly articulate, well-developed, effective written and verbal communication skills used to gather information and engage potential candidate's interest in Edwards.
