We are looking for our next Hunter AAA who will be responsible for the, acquisition, leadership, growth and management of our new and existing comercial accounts in Rappi.
What You’ll Do
Identifying potential clients and channel partners and negotiate and nurture those relationships.
Own the sales process end-to-end.
Define and develop the tools and processes for tracking leads and active accounts.
Develop a high performance sales culture.
Portfolio of achievement growing a customer / account base.
Clearly communicate metrics and progress.
Identify opportunities to optimize sales and comercial relationships.
Collaborate with regional and local marketing team.
Collaborate closely with sales operations to analyze results, identify opportunities to improve strategies, processes, and programs.
Build and manage relationship with partners that can work with us.
Build strategies to grow accounts that already are part of the Rappi family.
Identifying potential clients and channel partners to negotiate multiple relationships with them.
What You’ll Need
A minimum of 4 years working in comercial / sales roles working with cross-functional teams like marketing, product, and operation.
Significant experience working with big accounts, ideally in selling technology, apps, retails or restaurants.
An extensive network of existing contacts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as both internal and external stakeholder management.
Enthusiastic and motivational leadership.
Taking on whatever work is needed to accomplish your goal.
Having an MBA is a big plus.
