We are looking for an amazing, best class Sr. Recruiter, you must have a successful track record of delivering high-quality talent acquisition services and will partner with the USA and Latam Hiring Managers to recruit for open positions in our locations in Latam.
Reporting to the Regional Latam TA Manager, the Sr. Recruiter will spearhead the execution of recruitment strategies and processes to achieve business objectives and recruit the best candidates across different units, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key role responsibilities
The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for full-lifecycle recruitment and talent acquisition in support of hiring activity with business units.
This is a hands-on talent acquisition position for an energetic recruiter, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
The person in this role will lead the implementation of recruiting strategies and talent acquisition processes to provide a qualified candidate pool for Medical Devices Manufacturing Environment, Top Technical IT Talent, Commercial, HR, and Finance roles to support hiring managers in the USA and Latam region.
Work as part of the Global Talent COE to establish efficient processes and timelines to align with the business unit’s needs, while maintaining compliance and integrity.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field, 5 years’ experience previous related talent acquisition experience.
Proven expertise in the usage of MS Office Suite and ATS systems (e.g., Workday).
Provide experience in utilizing advanced sourcing skills and systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoominfo, Glassdoor).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating, consultative, and relationship management skills with the ability to drive achievement of objectives.
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to influence change.
Proven success adhering to and leading project schedules and managing more complex sections of projects.
Able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English advanced level.
Able to read, comprehend, write, and speak Portuguese advanced level. Preferred.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and requirements relevant to talent acquisition.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of industry-related terminology.
Strict attention to detail.
