This position is responsible for the operations of our global Facilities Management program and handling the deliverables & projects within the program.

This individual will also support programs for high profile partners and will be accountable for the program KPIs and expansion.

Expected to be the primary point of contact on the client programs and regularly collaborating with SMEs, functional heads, and senior leadership to ensure tight alignment of priorities.

  • What will you do? Scale of Responsibilities Support planning & execution of all stages of the program within matrix organizations on budget and time.
  • Ensure effective utilization of resources through strong people management by practicing good program management including use of project plans, risk logs, RACI documents, schedules, communication plans, etc.
  • Identify potential program risks with the team and develop mitigation strategies, report progress, blocking issues, and risks to all team members and partners.
  • Know when to raise issues to senior leadership for resolution.* Facilitate decision making within the team to drive progress to completion during execution to the required standard (internal and customer’s) and ensure program delivers on time and within budget.

  • Evaluate the cost / benefit of shifts in project parameters that would affect the timeline, budget, and / or scope in order to guide the project team through the decision-making process prior to a change order being initiated.
  • Oversee project delivery to time and cost and produce periodic progress reports.* Liaise with internal partners and category owners and ensure category program operations are meeting expectations* Drive the Facilities Management program growth and optimization including analytics and leading project management of implementation* Liaison with internal and External SMEs to address any issues* Oversee employee communications and organizational change including employee education and policy adherence* Proactively review and evaluate opportunities for program expansion, consolidation of administration functions, and streamlining processes.

  • Functional & Technical Responsibilities Expertise in program management, data analytics and supplier relationship management* Experience in defining and tracking metrics and developing processes to monitor and improve program performance* Experience providing weekly / monthly reporting and implementing feedback* Knowledge of data tools like Jaeger, QuickBase, Power BI*Leadership Responsibilities Strong relationship-builder will need to focus on developing effective partnerships with key suppliers and internal partners* Ability to identify emerging risk and opportunity areas* Effectively communicates and troubleshoots program issues to ensure timely response and action* Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills*How will you get here?
  • Education Bachelor's and / or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or Science.* Certification in Project Management is desirable*Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Minimum 5+ years experience in program management withing a procurement function* Minimum 3+ years experience leading data analytics and spend tools* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment* Strong client-facing interpersonal skills with a concern for impact* Demonstrated ability to present ideas persuasively* Excellent written and oral communication skills both internal and external* Experience implementing global card programs specifically in European countries* Experience with project management programs is preferred* Influences without authority to motivate and lead a cross-functional team in multiple geographies.

  • Ability to be find innovative approaches to travel arrangements and solutions* Ability to travel 10% if needed* High level of English language competency (verbal and written)
