This position is responsible for the operations of our global Facilities Management program and handling the deliverables & projects within the program.
This individual will also support programs for high profile partners and will be accountable for the program KPIs and expansion.
Expected to be the primary point of contact on the client programs and regularly collaborating with SMEs, functional heads, and senior leadership to ensure tight alignment of priorities.
Know when to raise issues to senior leadership for resolution.* Facilitate decision making within the team to drive progress to completion during execution to the required standard (internal and customer’s) and ensure program delivers on time and within budget.
Oversee project delivery to time and cost and produce periodic progress reports.* Liaise with internal partners and category owners and ensure category program operations are meeting expectations* Drive the Facilities Management program growth and optimization including analytics and leading project management of implementation* Liaison with internal and External SMEs to address any issues* Oversee employee communications and organizational change including employee education and policy adherence* Proactively review and evaluate opportunities for program expansion, consolidation of administration functions, and streamlining processes.
Education Bachelor's and / or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or Science.* Certification in Project Management is desirable*Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Minimum 5+ years experience in program management withing a procurement function* Minimum 3+ years experience leading data analytics and spend tools* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment* Strong client-facing interpersonal skills with a concern for impact* Demonstrated ability to present ideas persuasively* Excellent written and oral communication skills both internal and external* Experience implementing global card programs specifically in European countries* Experience with project management programs is preferred* Influences without authority to motivate and lead a cross-functional team in multiple geographies.
