The Opportunity
This role combines strategic framing and opportunity identification with consultative engagement across many functions to drive adoption of new thinking.
This Strategy and Ops role will own and drive multiple tracks of work which require focus and engagement. It will include :
Designing and establishing new operating models (org structure, process, tools, metrics) to increase organizational efficiency and alignment,
Partnering across, down, up the organization to drive culture and people growth opportunities, and
Support VP / Senior Director level leaders in critical initiatives to ensure delivery and follow through. The right person will be an exceptional written and spoken communicator, structured problem solver, resourceful, and persistent.

What you'll Do
Drive key workstreams of Operating Model transformation examples may include :
Establish a new working model for marketing content / creative supply chains from creation, to execution, to measurement
Own yearly planning processes including headcount interlocks, and cost center budget baselines
Partner with Sales, Product, and Retention teams to develop and implement plans that hit business targets
Collaborate with Analytics teams to understand trends in the business and develop insights that translate into growth recommendations
Preempt and tackle problems on critical operational issues (clearing roadblocks to get things done ) and opportunities
What you need to succeed
BS / BA with 5+ years tech or management consulting experience
Analytical approach that can rapidly assess a business problem, structure and evaluate options, and execute
Ability to quickly deliver executive-level presentations / communications which enable us to uplevel and act on data and insights real-time
Ecommerce / subscription business models
Test and learn approach to optimizing customer experiences to deliver results
Complex environments (i.e. across various customer segments, geographies, routes to market, and products)
