Your Career

We are seeking a forward-thinking, enthusiastic, and experienced Ecosystems Operations Analyst for the WW Ecosystems Operations team.

This role will help our teams drive informed business decisions through metrics, analytics, and dashboards. You will work cross functionally and partner with Ecosystems and theatre sales teams, product speedboats, marketing, data governance, and other analytical resources.

You will have the opportunity to drive significant value for our WW Ecosystems organization, thereby impacting the success of our company at large.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a reporting structure that will inform theatre sales teams and Ecosystems sales leaders.

This will include working with teams on report / dashboard requirements gathering, development / maintenance, and delivery / communication of metrics.

This position requires a deep understanding of data and dashboard creation, and a preferred understanding of channel / partner business (resellers and distributors, system integrators, service providers, technology partnerships, etc.).

Your Impact

  • Develop and implement metrics and analysis packages for channel theatre sales teams and Ecosystems leaders.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Tableau dashboards
  • Become the go-to resource across the team for reporting, Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics) dashboard design, development and implementation
  • Incorporate new concepts into reports and dashboards that drive insights & actions for key stakeholders
  • Introduce new dashboards / reports that help maximize value and provide new lenses into the business
  • Standardize report and dashboard building, document best practices and train stakeholders on how to digest content
  • Review and maintain existing reporting infrastructure and update accordingly for accuracy and cleanliness
  • Help identify and solve existing gaps in reporting. Scope, size, and implement solutions working with various teams within the organization
  • Assist with tool maintenance and clean-up projects (SFDC hygiene, data governance exercises, etc.)
  • Measure and evaluate the return on investment of various partner related incentives and / or programs
  • Assist in the annual NextWave partner compliance / specialization process
  • Manage and execute ad-hoc projects
  • Your Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Finance or related field
  • 6+ years of related experience
  • Tableau CRM (formly Einstein Analytics) Dashboard building experience is a must
  • Advanced Excel (or Google Sheets) experience is a must
  • SFDC experience preferred
  • GSuite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) experience preferred
  • Experience supporting partners preferred (resellers, integrators, service providers, etc.)
  • Ability to overcome system or data limitations to achieve the desired results
  • Resourceful and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Effective presentation and written communication skills
  • Experience building process documentation and training internal / external stakeholders as needed
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English required.
  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule as needed to support theatre needs (AMER, EMEA, or JAPAC).

    The WW Ecosystems Operations team provides support for channel sales teams and partners / distributors through program development, program / legal compliance, and systems and tools all largely driven by data.

    Our ultimate goal is to provide an amazing partner experience with Palo Alto Networks by training and enabling our Ecosystems partners in the use and sales of our products.
