There is a strong need for creating, managing, and distributing information. The information will include standards, guidelines, templates, global solutions, and other applicable documentation that enables the building of a repeatable implementation and deployment approach or "playbook" including the creation of an approach that encourages continuous knowledge sharing.
Develop / review, publish and communicate country program documentation including : + Configurations+ Design decisions+ Procedures and policies+ Process flows+ Country specific training materials+ Training examples+ Review existing documentation and make suggestions for improvements to promote consistency and standardization+ Identify, inventory and maintain all program documents on SharePoint+ Manage the SharePoint website for storage of all country program documents+ Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams+ Create Presentations and Report on the progress of the implementationResponsibilities : + Participates in implementation management for strategic initiatives, technology portfolio budget management in coordination with Global Functions Technology Services (GFTS), project support, as well as communications and policy management across Finance and Risk.
