Manage day-to-day center operational procedures
Issues and reviews daily, weekly and monthly reports to obtain relevant data for diverse stakeholders.
Organize and lead a cross-functional group across the agency back office operations, such as finance, recruiting, purchase orders and reporting
Responsible for the efficient purchasing operation of equipment / adapters, licensing access, software request and others.
Leads the review, selection and implementation of new processes, operational practices to improve performance and standardization.
Manages the selection, performance and development of operations team members to improve individual and organizational capability, and to ensure management continuity
