The Sales Consultant will Identify and explain how businesses across healthcare industries, company sizes, and types can meet a new bar for excellence and reinvent themselves to compete in the next decade by embracing Software & Cloud technologies.
Your Area's of Focus
Be part of a sales team responsible for driving Kareo’s revenues to the next level.
Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences, provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios.
Demonstrate verbally, in writing, and through live product demos, how customers can capture the value and envision their future with our Software Capabilities.
Manage ongoing customer relationships to ensure long-term customer success with Kareo.
Meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline, as well as a monthly and quarterly forecast for Software & Cloud solution usage and sales;
accurately forecast sales, pipeline, and usage for the products and solutions in your scope.
Be determined to drive revenue through outbound & Inbound call activities to build interest in the Kareo Platform and build your pipeline.
Work cross-functionally throughout the organization to ensure a best in class experience throughout the customer life cycle.
3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
Familiar with modern sales techniques and tools is a bonus, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
Experience working with or selling Cloud Solutions (SaaS), as software subscriptions, such as Office 365, Azure, Veeam, Acronis, Palo Alto, Adobe, etc.
Sales & customer service relationship background, telephone experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via phone, email, video, and presentations.
Solid time management skills and ability to work independently or under supervision with a high level of integrity.
Background in healthcare is a plus.
Comfort with all Microsoft Office products, Salesforce, and various medical billing software platforms.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large task lists without losing sight of any important items, like selling and customer service
