Job Description

Lead - Client Operations and ServicesSan Jose, Costa Rica In this role of Client Operations and Services you will prepare the service quality plan, manage team, ensure process compliances, resolution of escalations, KM Compliances with the objective to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments on a continuous basis for the specific processes under purview within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

QualificationsBasicBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 12 years of relevant work experience PreferredExperience in Web application development using Technologies .NET, .

NET Core, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server, React JS / AngularPreferred experience on .NET microservices, PostgreSQLExperience working on Agile projectsExposure to attend daily scrum calls and deliver work as per the stories planned, work with other scrum team members and product team.

Provide innovative ideas, business value adds to improve process, optimize cost and improve performance of applications and along with these lead the team for closing the assigned tasks.
