Job Description

BTA is seeking versatile business Project Manager to align with our Cloud Provider Business Unit (CPBU). The primary assignment will be managing offerings thu a recently established new product introduction (NPI) process.
• Planning & Strategy
o Oversee business aspects of program by constructing program charters, plans, contingencies, and success metrics
o Work cross-functionally to establish and manage appropriate team structure for successful delivery across impacted organizations
• Execution
o Manage all phases of program to success, including initiation, planning, definition, design, development, testing and deployment cycles - focusing on interdependencies
o Drive cross functional implementation of policies and procedures
• Stakeholder/Cross-Functional Team Management
o Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including navigation of differing and potentially conflicting priorities and opinions
o Establish a clear RACI around project roles and responsibilities
o Manage cross-functional global teams in a matrix management framework
o Ensure successful working relationships among project teams
• Change Management & Communications
o Facilitate change management and communication planning activities through project lifecycle
o Drive regular forums to update business communities and steering committee on progress, status and issues

• Risk/Issue Management
o Foresee, manage, and raise appropriate visibility to risks and issues
o Drive resolution of any conflicts and escalate as needed to avoid roadblocks
• Governance
o Help in establishing standards for program management (monitoring and governance) including processes, appropriate project controls, methodologies, metrics, reporting, and tools to ensure the development and use of program/project management


o Project Management certification or equivalent (required)
o BS/BA degree in Business or Technology-related field (required)
o Process Excellence training (preferred)
• Experience
o 5+ years project related work experience, including leading major programs/projects in a complex, global corporate setting
• Key Traits
o Must be a self-starter, motivated individual who works well under pressure
o Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines
o Ability to drive collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams
o Effective communication skills with all levels of management and audiences
o Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes
o Conflict resolution and negotiations skills to resolve disagreements quickly and effectively, bringing a problem-solving attitude to conflicting approaches and priorities involving others
o Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
