Job Purpose :
Primary contact for the customer inquires regarding products and services. Drives high adoption levels on products and services capabilities.
Increase the usage of licenses and service hours. Increase customer engagement by identifying new sales, upselling, cross-selling opportunities and transfer them to the sales team.
Provide effective customer service and sales support for all internal and external customers. Create opportunities based on the data obtained from customer interaction.
Review CRM cases and provide proper follow-up to current customers
Engage constantly with customer to keep track of product adoption and consumption levels
Promptly attend customer escalations and act as a center of contact to engage other departments as required
Log all activity related to the accounts and opportunities generated in the corresponding platforms
Provide entry level training (Demo Session)
Analyze customer and account data to identify areas of improvement and set action plans
Provide valuable insight to the company based on the data and information obtained from customer interactions
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience is required.
Required Education : High School Graduate
Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
Able to use common office equipment.
Possesses basic data entry skills.
Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
Able to effectively multi-task.
Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.
Able to quickly learn / adapt to new systems and technology.
