You will be based in San Jose as part of an experienced team / squad consisting of a product manager, UX designer, software engineering lead and several software engineers.
You will help to deliver the best user experience for our consultants through enterprise services to our colleagues.You will be part of our globally distributed software & data engineering community in the Technology & Digital function of McKinsey & Company.

What You'll Do
You will enable the digital transformation of internal services across the firm optimizing for performance, driving efficiencies via automation and creating a modern, consistent and integrated experience for colleagues as they use firm services.
You will design, develop and support highly scalable, responsive web applications and services on top of our service management (ServiceNow) platform.
You will produce high quality code that is unit tested, code reviewed and checked regularly for continuous integration. You will build reusable code and libraries for future use.
You will engage with our world-class engineering and program teams to build products and solutions. You will be collaborating closely with product managers, developers and other disciplines to identify what will be most critical to the success of a product, what it should feel like to interact with a product or service across multiple touch points and to define how we bring that experience into reality.
