As the Sr. Global Enablement Manager, Customer Success Manager (CSM), you are responsible for developing the global learning strategy for the enterprise and commercial / growth customer success organizations to ensure they have relevant enablement experiences that positively impact business results.

What you'll Do

Partner with business owners at the management / executive level to understand priorities, critical issues, skills gaps, opportunities, and objectives for success to develop an annual global enablement strategy.

Lead the team that will execute the strategy ensuring objectives are met through quality initiatives that honor regional nuances.

Effectively communicate global results against defined success metrics to CSM and Field Enablement partners

Globally advocate for the CSM role and their requirements to influence the direction of supporting training activities, content, assessments, and certifications built by adjacent teams.

Optimally handle risk, partnering with colleagues to make decisions at the right time. Ensure accurate communication occurs and resources are intelligently adjusted to reflect fluctuations in goals and requirements.

Consult on how the use of organizational change, adult learning, and standard evaluation methodologies will ensure the successful adoption of critical initiatives.

Develop your team with opportunities that demonstrate individual strengths and promote personal growth.

Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization championing its offerings and value proposition.

What you need to succeed

  • Experience leading and growing effective teams in a matrixed enterprise organization.
  • Possess a strong analytical background, think critically, synthesize new data quickly, and prioritize efficiently.
  • Be decisive, organized, detailed, a planner, and effective at managing time across multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple resources and expectations to support the implementation of highly visible programs.
  • Adept at problem-solving and can use influencing, relationship, teamwork, and emotional intelligence skills to find and resolve roadblocks.
  • Bring creativity to an environment that cultivates experimentation to consistently innovate.
  • Communicate confidently and eloquently in writing, speaking, and facilitation.
  • Confirmed ability to operate effectively and autonomously in situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
  • Established collaborator with the initiative to lead, raise a hand for new challenges, and act as a subject matter authority across the organization.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor, high energy, sense of humor, and a contagious passion to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Knowledge of Adobe's businesses, products, and their use across customer segments is desired.

    Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

    Colorado Starting Salary : $126,400 - $164,200

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

    Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
