You will join the Visual Graphics & Media Team in our San Jose, Costa Rica office. This team is part of a Global Support Services function.

With nearly 200 colleagues in the San Jose office, we are the visual communications support team for McKinsey consultants around the globe.

Business Presentation Designers work on different projects every single day, interacting with team leaders, peer designers, and project coordinators to deliver high-

quality products. We ensure that our firm’s parameters of perfection are met within the boundaries of Business Presentation Design.

Tasks & Responsibilities

n this role you will provide compelling and effective visual communication solutions for a wide variety of needs : from single slide production in PowerPoint for a kick-

start meeting, to customized presentation design and alternative storytelling solutions. Through creative visual strategies, you will be able to translate complex ideas into compelling and memorable visual stories that build impact.

Requirements & Desired Skills

Graduate or student of a design related field (graphic design, advertising design, photography, architecture)

1-2 years of professional experience in a graphic related field or freelancing

Ability to communicate fluently in an all-English business environment (written & spoken)

Updated design portfolio

Willing to work in shifts according to business needs

Phenomenal client & team communication

Ability to express ideas graphically

Strong time management

Quality-driven mindset and strong attention to detail

Collaborative problem-solving

Ability to build robust and credible relationships with peers to give to a highly interactive working environment

Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and experience with peers

Open mindset towards change and eagerness for continuous improvement
