Main Responsibilities :
It has an end-to-end vision of the solution for Financial Management that allows the proper design of this.
Controls the technical execution of the Project
Integrates the development and parameterization elements to make the COTS solution work as required. Guides the integration of the different systems (Core or external systems) to satisfy the interoperability needs.
Evaluates the approved systems architecture for the Project and work with technical and project staff to improve it.
Controls the tasks of the technical team in charge (security, database, implementation, among others).
Guides the solution of technical and product problems that arise.
Leads the development of extensions and modifications to the solution.
Leads the development of the necessary interfaces for the adequate interoperability between the Financial Administration System and the rest of the Core Systems.
Leads the development of interfaces with external systems.
Responsible for technical deliverables and ensures their quality.
Supports the Project Manager in estimating effort and work plan for each task in the different phases of the project.
Qualifications :
Professional degree or academic degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or similar.
At least 10 years of professional experience.
Minimum experience of 5 years as a Solution Architect or technical leader.
Minimum experience of 3 years in the offered solution for Financial Administration.
Experience in systems development, SOAP and REST services, cloud computing, and business intelligence, totaling at least 5 years.
To have participated in at least 2 implementations of the COTS offered for Financial Administration as Technical Leader, in projects of similar size.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English .
