What success looks like in this role :

  • Provides software, hardware and network support for desktops, laptops, network devices, patching and cable connectivity
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair PCs and associated software, networks, servers and peripherals
  • AV (audiovisual) support for VIP meetings, exhibition for creating transmission links in teams.
  • Develop and send newsletters and also provide training for new users on the tools available to new users.
  • Supports network products from an operational and maintenance perspective
  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, behavior and clothing.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction.
  • You will be successful in this role if you have :

  • complete high school or technical course
  • Experience required in microinformatics technical support
  • Own vehicle and car license (we provide KM refund)
  • Proficient in PC hardware repairs to troubleshoot / resolve Microsoft Office software and the latest Windows operating system problems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and customer service skills are required.
  • A +, Lenovo, Dell, Microsoft and HP certifications are an advantage.rification may be required
