The Opportunity

Does the idea of building and managing creative, modern, engaging compliance learning experiences at scale excite you? We’re looking for an experienced training manager to join our global team! This is an outstanding opportunity to join Adobe’s Compliance and Ethics team, a smart, creative, and collaborative group of dedicated professionals working on the front lines to ensure that Adobe acts with integrity in all areas of its business.

This role reports to Adobe’s Sr. Director, Associate General Counsel, Antitrust & Compliance.

Your primary responsibilities will include the management and administration of Adobe’s Compliance and Ethics training program, including a curriculum of live and on-demand training covering Adobe’s Code of Business Conduct, anti-corruption, and other ethics and compliance topics.

What you'll Do

  • Implement and maintain on-demand and live compliance and ethics learning curriculum, ensuring consistent and effective global operation of Adobe's training program
  • Manage delivery, scheduling, recordkeeping, and metrics of compliance trainings to a diverse workforce
  • Partner closely with subject matter experts to help develop creative, engaging, customized training content and communications
  • Assist in developing and implementing training policies, procedures and standards
  • Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support delivery and administration of trainings
  • Opportunity to deliver live trainings to key audiences on a variety of compliance topics, and to provide support for other compliance programs as needed
  • What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise training programs; background in compliance and ethics preferred
  • Demonstrated experience using learning management tools; technical design skills are a plus
  • Microsoft Office suite (you are a PowerPoint whiz!), SharePoint; Captivate Prime and / or Captivate experience helpful
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and attention to detail with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • A global mentality, a sense of humor and the ability to thrive under pressure
