Job Purpose and Impact The Visual Communications Senior Specialist is part of our team that provides a strategic approach to our visual communications to meet corporate and business goals.

You will be responsible for relationship management, creative consultation, visual-asset development, production and some vendor management.

We seek a professional with creativity, experience in multiple areas of creative campaign development, the ability to coordinate work (which may include multiple projects and work streams), have solid technical skills, and the ability to understand stakeholders and audiences. Key Accountabilities

  • Develop visual communications in alignment with the global enterprise and group communications strategies to advance business objectives.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients.
  • Regulate demand, production and output for tagged businesses / functions.
  • Work with the director of visual communications to manage team demand for communications.
  • Based on service catalog, produce and build versions of global communications creative assets : infographics, stop-motion graphics, illustrations, video, other types of graphic design, etc.
  • Adhere to and enforce the brand style guide; maintain consistency and brand integrity through design.
  • You will have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, and much of your time is spent completing the same tasks as the subordinate employees.

  • Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience, one year of supervisory experience
  • May require travel up to 10% Preferred Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, graphic design, fine arts, marketing or related field
  • Expertise in visual communications and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, video editing and production software, and file-sharing tools such as DropBox, etc.
  • Four years of related work experience
  • Ability to work within most areas of the creative process from strategy to creative brief development to asset delivery
