What you’ll do :

  • Responsible for all day-to-day efforts of an assigned group of employees : Job Distribution, Schedule adherence and attendance compliance, assure compliance on the workload;
  • plan and execute on required staffing needs and dedicatedly provide coaching and feedback when required

    Build general reports on each team member’s performance and targets as well as ensuring that they meet and exceed the targets

    Maintain day-to-day effective contact with Business Owners.

    Building sense of ownership within the employees and resolving employee issues, if any.

    Monitoring, organizing, and mentoring a team on a day-to-day basis, motivates and encourages the team to develop their potential.

    Qualifications :

    Advanced spoken and written English Level (C1)

    At least 1 year of proven experience in leadership as a team lead, supervisor, floor support or team lead backup

    Extra points for any of the following :

    Training / QA experience

    Complete literacy in G-Suite knowledge

    Sales experience
