One of our critical hires is for a (Sr.) Manager, Talent Acquisition who is a human resource professional, self-starter, and change agent.

The (Sr.) Manager of Talent Acquisition’s duties include develop, deploy, and drive the recruitment strategies needed to meet the global business objectives.

Also drive strategic staffing processes by identifying critical staffing priorities / needs and optimizing delivery using a variety of Align, vendors and vendor partner channels.

Will be key in developing and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners and other stakeholders.

  • The (Sr.) Manager, Talent Acquisition creates and builds the talent acquisition strategy for the local subsidiary of the company;
  • multi-level hiring and people management, considering several stakeholders’ input. Innovates on hiring practices by using new methods or channels.

    Manager, Talent Acquisition, monitors market trends in hiring practices and ensures our strategy is in line with the market.

    Attends events and represents the company at HR-related events. Networking is a key skill for this role. Manages job descriptions out in the market, ensuring they are high quality and accurate.

    Keeps track of metrics on a weekly / monthly basis for reporting to the Human Resources Director. In this role, you will Be accountable for the performance of the Talent Acquisition Team across Costa Rica through key metrics and KPI’s, regular check-in meetings with TA Partners, and increasing motivation and morale within the Team Lead all TA efforts for our business units and functions nationwide Create, organize, and implement strategic regional recruitment plans intended to drive successful hiring Develop and execute in partnership with TA Operations, specific branding, process, systems, programs, and projects to enable the company to move faster without sacrificing quality Partner with the business and our HR Analytics Team during the annual operating planning process Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners, providing metrics, developing creative solutions and insights as we scale the company Proactively identify areas of opportunity and highlight talent trends across Costa Rica Conduct ongoing reviews of the Talent Acquisition function in the region to improve the recruitment processes, improve passive talent pools, and ensure department resources are being effectively utilized Establish innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent candidates Directly recruit for executive and other senior level searches Promote and drive the employee referral and internal mobility hiring programs Be an advocate for creating a culture of recruitment throughout the region, empowering, activating and enabling our workforce to be accountable for hiring goals Consult with company leaders to identify human resource needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.

    Work with other COE’s such Talent Acquisition Operations, Talent Attrition, HR Analytics as well as hiring managers to promote hiring objectives, strategies, and profiles to meet specific needs of each business unit and department.

    Develop reports and employment metrics. Provide analysis to help create and shape recruitment initiatives and goals. Develop and prepare required employment reports.

    Coach and train a recruiting team on best practices as talent advisors, including how to build sourcing strategies and how to build influential relationships with hiring managers and job seekers.

    Build and maintain relationships with vendors that provide support to the recruiting process, which includes job posting boards, background check and other vendors.

    Collaborate with stakeholders and advise on options, manage costs and ROI to providing talent. Explore the market trends and best practices in recruitment and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.

  • In this role, you’ll need Ideally, 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a fast paced, high growth, dynamic business environment;
  • tech industry experience highly desirable Ideally bachelor’s degree in related field such as Business. Administration, Human Resources, etc.

    Bilingual English Spanish Preferred : Ability to manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines Experience driving full talent lifecycle actions for an organization Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions to integrate HR and business strategies.

    Ability in handling ambiguity and regularly changing priorities Record of accomplishment of driving results and talent strategies in a fast growing and dynamic business.

    Ability to be analytical and ensure that the organization rigorously measures and analyzes the right things to drive success.

  • Collaboration skills and the ability to influence without authority Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize work based on demand;
  • highly organized and have strong problem-solving skills Ability to switch between strategic and tactical responsibilities on a regular basis.

    Results driven, self- starter with high attention to detail and sense of urgency Experience in a matrixed organization preferred.
