Job Summary :
Responsible for the overall management of partner sales-related processes and reporting and potential campaigns. Which includes managing and tracking partner sales and aligning partner opportunities to the DXC Sales teams and / or Sales representative.
Includes but is not limited to development, implementation and governance of partner service or solution portfolio lifecycle management, revenue growth programs through the appropriate routes to market.
Includes but is not limited to achieving revenue, profit and / or TCE goals for that segment / entity.
Responsible for the overall business success of partners solutions, or a sub- set of the portfolio or functional segment.
Establishes strategies and business plans to support business goals and initiatives by driving profitable growth and TCE.
Manages and monitors performance of partner business segment metrics (e.g., attach, penetration, revenue, TCE); managing pipeline revenues with partner and sales segment.
Identifies and drives process improvements for partner management to increase team productivity and improve overall effectiveness.
This includes deal escalations and trouble shooting.
Creating and foster a mutually beneficial relationship with key Partners and Cross-functional teams within DXC such as Product Business Groups, Alliance partners, Service and support teams, Regional Business Development Manager, Sales, Solution Partners Organization, and delivery functions.
Focal point for metrics, analysis and reporting on partner and segment activities. Maintaining partner lists and contract management.
Responsible to achieve objectives and goals.

Required education :
Typically first level or advanced level university degree or related experience.
Required experience :
Typically 6+ years in similar job function with proven track record in business process management and / or business management background of high level individual contributor.
Skills with financial reporting tools and ability to correctly design reports and interpret their output (intermediate / advanced excel)
Need broad knowledge competitive market dynamics, business models, business strategies and processes.
Demonstrate knowledge of corporate organization, culture and policies, cross functional roles and objectives.
Skills in management of people and business relationships, knowledge in organizational design and planning, problem solving, managing individual and partner productivity and dynamics, and excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
Management by influence with international, multi-cultural, virtual teams a plus.
