Your Responsibilities :

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are :

  • Handling incoming queries from vendors or GSK users from calls, chat, Remedy tickets or email within the SLAs agreed with the customer.
  • Transferring to other departments cases which are not to be solved or handled by the Accounts Payable Helpdesk team.
  • Perform the Procurement Operations Center in scope activities : vendor management, shopping cart approval, purchase orders amendments.
  • Perform the Accounts Payable in scope activities : Issue resolution, VCB, VIM workflows, Travel & Expens, Bank un-reconciled items, DCFs in Service Catalogue, DCFs outside Service Catalogue.
  • Connect with back office teams (invoice processing, payments, vendor master, etc) to solve different cases.
  • Follow up on aged items to ensure closure of the tickets. End to end Incident Management.
  • Our Accounts Payable area characterizes by delivering best in class procure to pay processes to the global GSK businesses balancing cost, quality, customer experience and risk management.

    Basic qualifications :

    We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :

  • Secondary education complete.
  • Experience in Accounts Payable and Procurement Operations knowledge on Helpdesk activities and end to end Finance process.
  • Customer-facing experience required
  • SAP knowledge
  • English Level B2.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • University studies in progress.
  • French will be considered a plus.
