The opportunity

Reporting into the Chief Talent, Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Adobe is seeking a senior leader to join our world-class Employee Experience organization as we continue to grow.

As a key member of the Talent and D&I leadership team, this individual will be responsible for attracting, developing and retaining world class diverse and inclusive talent.

As the Head of Diversity & Inclusion, you will work across the organization to inspire change needed to realize our mission .

Ultimately, based in the Bay Area, this leader will be responsible for driving our global diversity talent strategy and fueling our employee value proposition.

What you'll do

  • In partnership with the Chief Talent, Diversity and Inclusion Officer, build forward-thinking diversity strategy, partnering closely across the Talent team and the business
  • Lead the D&I team and set the vision, strategy and roadmap making sure to integrated and scale initiatives across Talent Acquisition Talent Management Talent Development and Talent Operations
  • Create and communicate a clear data driven approach for D&I including a dashboard that demonstrates impact to the business
  • Develop innovative, compelling, and competitive employee value proposition
  • Partner with the Global Marketing to align external messages to internal efforts
  • Support and drive the execution of the global diversity and inclusion strategy
  • Understand D&I data, develop hypotheses for investigation, identify pertinent insights, and propose action plans as needed, in conjunction with analytics / insights team.
  • May select, manage, and evaluate vendors or consultants to ensure the efficient operation of the function
  • Provide leadership to direct reports and builds a highly capable team through the attraction, training and development of the necessary skilled professionals to meet business needs

  • A proven track record of creating and implementing inclusion and development solutions that make a global difference
  • Exceptional operational and analytical skills
  • 15+ years of experience leading top performing teams
  • A successful track record of working effectively in a highly matrixed and fast-moving organization
  • Experience leading and coaching a strong team with a track record of elevating and growing talent to greater success
  • Ability to drive efficiency and deliver measurable impact, utilizing technology to advance these efforts
  • The ability to follow assignments through to completion with a bias towards execution.
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
