    Mondelez International is looking for vacancy : Compensation Analyst.

    Position Purpose

    The Compensation Analyst provides day-to-day support on the activities involving the delivery of services to Mondelez colleagues that are being handled by the Compensation Team, ensuring all compensation-

    related information is handled with the most confidential care. The Analyst supports a wide variety of processes by bringing expertise in managing big amounts of data and by focusing on the attention to detail.

    Additionally, the role is expected to be actively involved in Integrated Lean Six Sigma activities to drive efficiencies within the Compensation Team and positively impacting the Employee Services organization overall.

    Main Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support for the annual compensation cycle, including global compensation planning tool support.
  • Prepares data for year-end templates and performs user acceptance testing in the comp planning tool per test scripts.
  • Prepares payroll files for incentive and / or trigger merit activation.
  • Work for a user-friendly experience by tracking metrics and maintaining service level agreements.
  • Responsible for providing Compensation guidance to the employees within their defined scope, and responding to all inquiries within service level agreements.
  • Resolves data issues and cases assigned to the Compensation Team.
  • Support the annual salary and ad hoc survey delivery with vendor, collects survey data and provides to requestor.
  • Performs data quality, validation check of salary range and merit matrix settings; support the annual salary planning;
  • makes recommendations and gets approval.

  • Support local surveys to participants; works with Comp Specialist and Comp Team Lead to consolidate survey results and shares them with participants.
  • Support the administration of non-union blue-collar population, communicates to employee's manager, providing salary change letter as appropriate.
  • Support the implementation of local and regional Compensation processes / programs such as Incentives, Salary increases / reviews, Special / Retention Bonus, Reward & Recognitions, etc.
  • Evaluates jobs based on the company s criteria and assigned methodology, updates job evaluation database and communicates outcome to HRBL.
  • Creates, modifies and run standard and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Academic Knowledge

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred (All majors accepted; Human Resources, Business, Finance or others related areas).
  • Working Knowledge

  • Experience with Compensation Administration (1-2 years) preferred.
  • Experience in managing big amounts of data in electronic worksheets and ERP systems is required.
  • Experience managing salary surveys, market pricing and salary range analysis is preferred.
  • Experience supporting mid-size projects is required.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft) is required.
  • Experience working in different time zones / global organization.
  • Abilities

  • Proficiency in Excel (critical).
  • English language fluent, multi-lingual with strong written and verbal communication skills - business fluent.
  • Self-directed, able to multi-task and manage fluctuating workload.
  • High operational excellence.
