Job Description, Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Submit and respond to correspondence relating to Revenue Assurance recovery opportunities entered by team members primarily for the LATAM area.
  • Receive, reply, report and research any negative responses as required. Work with TEOCO team members to escalate any issues that cannot be resolved by the RA assistant.

    Provide research and reporting of successful Revenue Assurance recoveries to support invoicing of TEOCO’s Client on a monthly basis.

    Tracking of status of all activities will involve the updating of TEOCO databases and or tracking reports.

  • Researching will involve use of TEOCO proprietary database applications, SQL queries, and Client databases to support claim opportunities, refute any denials of recovery opportunities, and support the monthly TEOCO invoicing.
  • Provide response to any Client questions, clarification requests or denials to submitted recoveries as needed.
  • Document research, work activities, and correspondence as needed and / or required.
  • Establish audit tracking processes where improvements are identified or new opportunities discovered.
  • As needed, interface and communicate with Client personnel in a professional manner and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Employee will review quotes, orders and invoices from Client’s customers related primarily to data products; some usage products may also be included.
  • As directed, employee may be required to check rates and other cost elements indicated on an order to the customer’s invoices.

    Position may involve querying and complex understanding of data or voice products and services as well as developing new queries and modeling for data analytics.

    There will be account reconciliation activity such as investigating applied payments, credit balances, and unaccounted for balance forward amounts.

    Experience & Qualifications :

    Essential :

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish & English (Portuguese a plus)
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math or Statistics
  • Working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications
  • Working knowledge of Business Objects and SQL a plus
  • Desirable :

  • 1+ years of experience working in a telecom environment and / or Data Analytics helpful
