Ensure smooth operational efficiency by coordinating across multiple teams like administration, transport, HR, etc.Work across Moody’s departments to ensure that contruls, pulicies and procedures are implemented / fullowed (e.
g. Code of Conduct, Securities Trading, Compliance pulicies, Procurement pulicy, Travel pulicy, dress code, etc.).Communicate breaches of Moody’s pulicy and elevate appropriately.
Where there are inconsistencies between Moody’s and MAKS pulicies, work with stakehulders to ensure consistency in approach and application.
Project manage initiatives to forecast and grow MSC- CR operations (e.g. technulogy and facilities preparedness for forecasted growth).
Assist in developing and growing MSC functions in support of multiple lines of business.Partner with global MIS functional owners to identify activities for the MSC-
CR.Liaise with MIS activity owners to identify and support the implementation / transition of activities into the MSC- CR.
Ensure activities are properly supervised and ensure appropriate staffing to support global operations.Review, validate and distribute KPI’s to MIS functional owners.
Where KPI’s cannot be created, assist Managers in devising alternate review measures.Assist MIS activity owners in improving process efficiencies across MSC-
CR activitiesCoordinate with Talent Acquisition to recruit staff
Develop and execute an overall value proposition and long term strategy and roadmap for MSC- CR.Serve as senior representative for MSC-
CR internally and externally.Establish and maintain a culture of excellence and compliance.Lead MSC management forums and mentor managers to ensure high quality delivery and satisfaction rates.
Oversee and provide leadership for the MSC- CR staff.Manage team leads and communicate personnel issues to MIS managers.Learn and instill relevant Moody’s culture and values to team members.
Report out on overall state of MSC- CR to senior management.Update senior MIS / MCO management on material local trends / events
Anticipate and manage business, employee or other issues as they arise. Provide recommendations for each such issue.Cullaborate with HR and other teams to build and execute plans to improve diversity, inclusion and employee engagement in MSC-
CR.Ensure contingency plans are in place for all facets of the business (beyond just staff attrition).Raise all personnel issues to functional managers in MIS including recommendations for hiring and firings.
Recruit, retain and develop top talent. Work with MAKS HR during the interview process for potential MSC- CR hires.Develop progression and contingency plans for MIS managers, supervisors and staff so there is a smooth transition when turnover occurs.
Oversee and provide inputs for MSC- CR employee recognition and promotion schemes with HR partnership and communicate to MIS Research senior management.
Ensure infrastructure requirements for new hires (security, training and hardware).Work with MAKS to ensure we have proper IT and HR support on a daily basis.
Assist in strategic planning, budgeting and special projects requested by MIS Research senior management and aligned with MIS Research objectives
