The Opportunity

The product management team focuses on making adobe.com a world class experience for all site visitors from consumers to enterprise customers and partners across the entire customer journey.

Working in close partnership with team members across Adobe, this individual will be responsible for driving the future direction and strategy for Creative Cloud on adobe.

com and delivering these experiences to the site.

Senior Product Managers are responsible for defining key opportunities, based on data, and working alongside our UX, Content Publishing, Data Analytics and Engineering teams to deliver innovative experiences for our customers.

Our team contributes to the global product vision while prioritizing and defining local variations required for optimizing the Creative Cloud products presence.

Be ready to work with talented cross-functional teams to deliver product releases, testing where appropriate, and ensuring that the projects accomplish their objectives.

What you'll do

  • Use data and insights to find opportunities to build innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences. Develop a 6 12 month roadmap with the ability to focus on and prioritize key themes.
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers, Data Science, Design, Engineering, and Program Management to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, market validate, and launch new product experiences and innovations.
  • Communicate and evangelize innovative Personalization capabilities, both to teams within Adobe.com as well as externally.
  • Define measurable goals, set priorities, and lead a backlog of features and functionality.
  • Design and conduct product discovery and optimization experiments using quantitative (A / B tests) and qualitative techniques.
  • Lead cross-functional projects by providing project leadership and daily management throughout the project from inception to delivery
  • How you will succeed

  • MBA preferred or BA / BS with a minimum of 5 years of product management or equivalent experience.
  • Passionate about leveraging personalization and segmentation to best serve every slice of the customer base.
  • Proven understanding of the business impact of products to drive revenue and increase customer retention & satisfaction.
  • Experience working with sophisticated problem spaces and an ability to handle open-ended design projects that may be ambiguous or ill-defined.
  • Results driven, attention to detail and follow-through, and ability to work optimally at all levels within the organization and with partners.
  • Excellent communication skills to and influence partner and peer team members, senior executives, and customers.
  • Familiarity with web platform technologies, usability testing, and customer journey mapping.
