The billing clerk Senior Customer service representative Analyst will be
responsible for the execution of the
order entry and customer services of different type of products at MSD
for this position include, but are not limited to, the following :
Resolve customer queries in the areas of Order management,
resolution, identify and propose process improvement
with internal business customers
customers in a timely manner while complying with SLAS.
MSD organizations to resolve process and / or technical issues across multiple
escalate issues that cannot be resolved real time
company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values and standards
of ethics and integrity
prioritize workload efficiently and accurately while maintaining a positive
customer service culture
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center
environment, finance or accounting departments of a multinational company
Business Level fluency (oral and written) in Spanish and English
Experience working in an organization providing services across multiple
markets or geographies. Customer service experience
Advanced college degree in accounting, finance,
business or career about to complete.
Intermediate PC skills (Word, Power Point, Excel,
Problem solving and Analytical skills.
Pharmaceutical industry experience
Experience using SAP
