The role

The Sales Operations Specialist is a key member of the Sales Operations Team who provides support to our Sales Team and customers.

This role is key to ensuring SoftwareONE is able to maintain our overall customer experience, by helping our sales team with all operational tasks and ensure quality is maintained with the GSDC to allow the sales team fo focus on their core selling activites.

What we need to see from you

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for supporting existing accounts with their order and quoting needs that would not be supported by the GSDC teams
  • Oversight to GSDC Adoption, Utilization and Quality
  • Support customer setup and onboarding as needed
  • Provide licensing support as needed in conjunction with GSDC and other supporting teams
  • Drive resolution of escalations by working with customers, account teams and internal support teams
  • Facilitate the credit and rebill process with the GSDC and supporting departments
  • Support Backoffice Finance reports
  • Support the customer with troubleshooting the associated customer portals
  • Desired Knowledge and Skillset :

  • Bachelor’s Degree from four year college or university
  • 5 years Licensing experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Solid problem solving, consultative and research skills
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required
  • A personable and professional demeanor, and ability to excel in a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP Systems (NAV and CRM)
  • Self-motivated and ability to take initiative
