RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to support a fast paced, high volume Talent Acquisition team by sourcing resumes for technical roles across Romania Sourcing and screening of resumes for consideration
  • Create job descriptions to generate candidate pipeline.
  • Follow up with candidates within appropriate timelines.
  • Present appropriate resumes to recruiters.
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Psychology, HR or relevant field.
  • Familiarity with the entire recruitment life-cycle.
  • Familiarity with Boolean / X-ray searches would be nice to have.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Critical-thinking skills / opinionated / investigative.
  • Strong communication skills.
